👉 What you need to know to enjoy it to the fullest:

✅ It doesn't need to be refrigerated for preservation. It contains so little sugar that you can store it at room temperature.
🏡 Store it in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat.
❄️ Serve it very cold. On its own or mixed with juices or cocktails (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).
⚠️ Do not shake before opening. Do so carefully.
🌀 If you find any sediment, stir gently: these are yeasts full of life and health.
🌿 If you see a biofilm when pouring, congratulations! It's the kombucha mother or SCOBY, the origin of this wonderful drink.
