Some collaborations come out of a strategy. And then there are the ones that happen because, all of a sudden, everything fits.

That's why we've created 2 new Mūn Kombucha varieties together with Ruido Blanco, the project led by Néstor Sánchez and Blanca Gómez.

At Mūn we have been making long-fermentation kombucha since 2015: organic, unpasteurised and with the lowest residual sugar on the market.

Frequently asked questions
Do they contain alcohol?
They are alcohol-free kombuchas, an alternative for celebrating, lingering after a meal or having an aperitif. Like all fermented drinks they contain a little residual alcohol, less than 1.2%, which is the legal limit for alcohol-free drinks.
Are they soft drinks?
No. They are kombuchas made through long fermentation with organic ingredients. They're not soft drinks dressed up as healthy. They're real kombucha.
When do they arrive?
Delivery in 24-72 h. Unpasteurised product. It doesn't need refrigeration: keep it in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat.
Is it a limited edition?
Yes. We've made 12,000 bottles in total between Flow and Spark. When they're gone, they're gone. There won't be a second run if you miss out. So if you fancy them, don't wait.
Which of the two should I choose?
Try both. If you want something rounded, smooth and spiced: Flow. If you want something fresh, light and very summery: Spark.
How are they served?
Cold and straight from the bottle, in a glass or tall glass with ice. As a base for mocktails with fresh fruit (orange slices, mint leaves, ginger). But just as they are, with nothing else, they're already delicious. That's the whole point.
