The Selection of Arantxa Areta

When health coach Arantxa Areta suggested that we make a pack with her favourite varieties, we had no problem saying that we would be delighted to accept. She chose her favourite kombuchas, the ones she wants everyone to try to learn about our work. They also best match her way of seeing food and health in general. This very special pack includes: 6 750 ml bottles. 2 GINGER, 2 HIBISCUS and 2 GREEN. She also wanted to include our most innovative varieties. Kombutxa is based on water , cane sugar and Lung Ching green tea . From here we add cold-pressed fruit, vegetable and root juices or infusions. All ingredients are organically produced.

• HIBISCUS : water, cane sugar, green tea, pomegranate juice and hibiscus infusion
• GINGER : water, cane sugar, green tea, apple juice and ginger
• GREEN : water, cane sugar, green tea, basil juice and matcha tea
• NOT-BIRRA : water, cane sugar, green tea, apple juice and hop infusion
• ISOTONIC : water, water from Ibiza and Formentera, cane sugar, green tea, lemongrass and lemon juice and stevia

No need to keep it cold. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and light.

Do not shake. Open carefully.

If you find sediment at the bottom of the bottle, stir it gently when you are finishing it. These are yeasts and they have many healthy properties. If you find a biofilm on the neck of the bottle, it is the mother or SCOBY of kombucha, from which this wonderful drink is born.
