Unpasteurized and unfiltered.
No concentrates, colorings, preservatives, flavorings, or added gas.
With a gentle bubble naturally created during the second fermentation.

👉 What you need to know to enjoy it to the fullest:

✅ Does not require refrigeration. It contains so little sugar that it can be stored at room temperature.
🏡 Store it in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat.
❄️ Serve very cold. On its own or mixed with natural juice or cocktails (with or without alcohol).
⚠️ Do not shake before opening. Open carefully.
🌀 If you find sediment, stir gently: it’s full of living, healthy yeasts.
🌿 If you see a biofilm when serving, congratulations! It’s the kombucha mother or SCOBY — the origin of this wonderful drink.
