TRY ME NOT-BIRRA | 4 cans 330 ml

Mūn Kombucha Not-Birra is the first non-beer, gluten-free and cereal-free, with less than one degree of alcohol. Crafted from our fermented tea —the most delicious and healthy in the world—, absolutely natural, with organic and premium quality ingredients.

In a 330 ml BPA-free can. The most convenient way to enjoy a real, healthy, and alcohol-free alternative. Serve it very cold and let yourself be surprised by its dry taste, floral notes, and light foam.

Winner of the Silver Medal for the best hopped kombucha at the World Kombucha Awards 2023.

Contains water, cane sugar, Lung Ching green tea, apple juice, and hop infusion, all organically grown. Hops calm, relax, de-stress, release muscle tension, reduce anxiety and restlessness, and help with sleep… Yes, yes —but what we like most about Not-Birra is that it reminds us of beer! 🍺

Ideal if you miss a beer, gluten-free or alcohol-free, to accompany Sunday vermouth, a barbecue, or tapas with friends. The solution has arrived in the form of fermented tea, without alcohol or cereals. Get your glass ready, because its foam and character will amaze you.

100% natural, with real, organic, and premium quality ingredients.
Unpasteurized and unfiltered.
No concentrates, colorings, preservatives, flavorings, or added gas.
With a gentle fizz spontaneously arising during the second fermentation.

👉 What you need to know to enjoy it to the fullest:

✅ It does not need refrigeration for preservation. It contains so little sugar that you can store it at room temperature.
🏡 Store it in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat.
❄️ Serve it very cold. Alone or mixed with juices or cocktails (with or without alcohol).
⚠️ Do not shake it before opening. Open carefully.
🌀 If you find sediment, stir gently: these are yeasts full of life and health.
🌿 If you see a biofilm when serving, congratulations! It is the mother or SCOBY of the kombucha, the origin of this wonderful drink.

What does Not-Birra pair with?

For beer specialists, Not-Birra reminds them —due to its brettanomyces— of lambics. We recommend serving it in a beer-style glass to appreciate its floral and citrus notes and its light foam.

With Not-Birra, tapas will never be the same again. Neither will cured meats, rice dishes, gourmet sandwiches, or fried fish. The experience is pure freshness… and a guilt-free nod to traditional beer.
