With rosemary, beetroot juice, pear juice, lemon verbena and a touch of stevia leaf infusion. An unexpected, elegant and very food-friendly combination. You've never tasted anything like it!

Beet It is intense. It has the earthy, slightly sweet character of beetroot, the aromatic Mediterranean note of rosemary and a subtle pear softness that rounds it all off. Lemon verbena brings freshness and balance, while the kombucha gives it that lively acidity that wakes up the palate. A variety made for those looking for something different, with personality, yet easy to enjoy.

No refrigeration needed thanks to its low sugar content!

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and light.

Do not shake. Open with care.

If you find sediment at the bottom of the bottle, stir gently as you finish it. It's the yeast and it has many healthy properties. If you find a biofilm at the neck of the bottle, that's the kombucha mother or SCOBY, from which this wonderful drink is born.
