Because we’re different. We’re the black sheep of kombucha. While some brands take shortcuts by mixing vinegar and sparkling water, and others make very short fermentations with sugary products, we do it the way it’s always been done.

Our secret ingredient is called patience.
Our fermentation lasts around 30 days. The proof is in its very low sugar content — we give time for the bacteria and yeasts to transform it into delicious organic acids.
