Two infusions in one! We still don't know how we came up with combining lemon verbena infusion and tea — and even less how we managed to add cucumber to it. But the result has so many addicts we wouldn't dare stop serving it. The "traditional" touch of lemon verbena contrasts with the refreshing and bold note of cucumber.

It does not need to be kept cold thanks to its low sugar content!

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and light.

If you find sediment at the bottom of the bottle, stir gently when you are finishing it. These are yeasts and they have many healthy properties. If you find a biofilm on the neck of the bottle, it is the mother or SCOBY of kombucha, from which this wonderful drink is born.

Serve very cold. On its own or with fruit juices or green juices. Also ideal for creating cocktails with or without alcohol.

What does Verbena pair with?

Verbena smells like summer and has an acidic touch with a floral lift. Pair it with mild dishes where vegetables predominate, and also with stewed or roasted white-meat dishes. It is a must with a meal that includes gazpacho. With fish it is also a guaranteed success, and you can make it the perfect partner for sushi.
