With our already classic Paleobirra as a base and the citrus touch of lemon juice and lemongrass. With a tiny amount of residual sugar and gluten-free. With all the benefits of the Kombutxa that serves as its base and the authentic taste of beer with lemon soda. 

Does not require refrigeration due to its low sugar content!

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and light.

Do not shake. Open carefully.  

If you find sediment at the bottom of the bottle, stir gently as you finish it. These are yeasts and have many healthy properties. If you find a biofilm in the neck of the bottle, it is the kombucha mother or SCOBY, from which this wonderful drink is born.
