We've said it many times. Less is always more. Also in the world of food.
This means that ideally, you should know each and every ingredient listed on a product's label before purchasing it (and consuming it, of course). They say that if your grandmother doesn't know everything that goes into something you're going to eat, you shouldn't buy it. And we couldn't agree more.

We won't reveal much if we tell you that all the kombuchas sold today are the same. Behind the "natural" label there can be a lot of trickery and cardboard. There are our 3 recommendations for choosing a real kombucha. Delicious and undeniably healthy:

  1. Sugar, no thanks . The 9 varieties of Kombutxa from Mūn Ferments hold a record. We are the unpasteurized kombucha with the least residual sugar of all those made in Europe. Between 0.1 and 1.8 grams of residual sugar per 100 milliliters, keep an eye on the data!
  2. 100% natural and 100% ecological . Our Kombutxas are just that. In the photo you can see the naked label of our Natural variety. Only real and organic ingredients. And period.
  3. No weird additions . No additives, no coloring, no preservatives... What you see is what you get. And honestly, you will be hooked on its authentic flavor.
