Are you searching for a refreshing and healthy drink to enjoy at home or at a gathering with friends, without compromising your health? Try our Premium Verbena variety of gin and tonic, a radical departure from any you've ever experienced, infused with cucumber and lemon verbena.
Kombugin represents the boldest interpretation of the world-famous classic, Gin and Tonic, as it incorporates gin into the mix. This concoction, with its alcoholic base infused with juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, licorice root, lemon and/or orange peel, and other botanicals like cinnamon, nutmeg, or cardamom, has been a resounding success since its inception.
Gin originated in Holland during the 17th century, initially used as a remedy for ailments such as malaria and gout. Its popularity soared in 18th-century Britain, becoming a staple among the working class due to its affordability and accessibility.
Today, gin enjoys global popularity and is a favored ingredient in countless cocktails. Its appeal lies in its simplicity – a blend of gin with a base drink, typically tonic. However, we opt for a unique twist, replacing tonic with kombucha, specifically our Verbena variety. The key is to add ice and garnish to your preference, whether with cucumber or lemon, and experiment with additional ingredients like pepper or berries. Adjust the gin to your liking, and you'll undoubtedly create your perfect Kombugin.
