Ingredients:
- 500 ml of HIBISCUS Kombucha
- 1 piece of fresh ginger (the size of a hazelnut)
- Zest of a lime
- 250g strawberries
- 4 medjool dates
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- A pinch of licorice powder

Elaboration:
- Wash and cut the strawberries into small pieces.
- Peel and cut the ginger into small pieces.
- Add the strawberries, ginger, lime zest, pitted dates and vanilla essence to a blender.
- Add the 500 ml of HIBISCUS Kombucha in the blender and beat everything until smooth.
- Serve the mixture in a glass with crushed ice.
- Add a few pieces of strawberry and a few slices of lime on top.
