Kombucha is a fermented tea drink. Since it was discovered 2,000 years ago in ancient China, it has never gone out of fashion. It has been made at home and has survived because it simply makes you feel better.
Few scientific studies still demonstrate its properties in humans. Although, the first ones are quite promising. Among others, the usefulness of its consumption when controlling blood sugar is noted.

In our case, the minimum. Take note: Mūn only contains between 0.1 and 1.8 grams of sugar per 100 ml, depending on the variety. Up to 30 times less than some of the competition!
Does kombucha need a refrigerator or not?
We are going to ask you the million dollar question. If kombucha was invented two millennia ago, do you think
that there were already refrigerators then?

OK. Therefore, the challenge arises when it comes to creating a fermented drink that, without pasteurization so that it does not lose its probiotics, is stable without cold. And how do you do that? At Mūn, we have achieved this with an exclusive fermentation process that gives the microorganisms time to consume almost all of the sugar.
In this way, in the final drink, almost no trace remains. And you don't have to store it cold because it won't ferment.

How and when to drink kombucha?
