The base of Kombucha is water , cane sugar , and green tea of the Lung Ching variety. From here we add coldpress juices of fruits, vegetables and roots or infusions. All ingredients are organically produced.
- HIBISCUS: water, cane sugar, green tea, pomegranate juice and hibiscus infusion
- GINGER: water, cane sugar, green tea, apple juice and ginger
- FLOWERS: water, cane sugar, green tea, grape must and elderflower infusion
It does not need cold storage. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light sources.
Do not shake. Open carefully.
If you find grounds at the bottom of the bottle, stir gently as you finish it. They are yeasts and have many healthy properties. If you find a biofilm on the neck of the bottle, it is the mother or SCOBY of kombucha, from which this wonderful drink is born.
