Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light.

Do not shake. Open carefully. 

If you find sediment at the bottom of the bottle, stir gently when finishing it. These are yeasts and have many healthy properties. If you find a biofilm in the neck of the bottle, it is the kombucha mother or SCOBY, from which this wonderful drink is born.

Serve very cold. Alone or accompanied by fruit juices or green juices. It is also ideal for creating cocktails with and without alcohol.

What does Not-Birra pair with?

To beer tasting specialists, Not-Birra, due to its brettanomyces, reminds them of lambics. We recommend consuming it with a glass of this type of beer to appreciate its floral and citrus notes and its light foam. With Not-Birra, tapas will never be the same. Neither will cold cuts, rice dishes, gourmet sandwiches, and fried fish.
