Referral program terms and conditions
- For every referred friend who makes a purchase, the customer gets a 10% discount on their subscription.
- The discount can accumulate up to a maximum of 50% (5 active friends).
- Each month, the number of friends who made a purchase the previous month is calculated, and the corresponding discount is applied to the next subscription renewal.
- The discount applies exclusively to active subscriptions.
- If a friend doesn't make any purchase in a given month, that month won't generate a discount.
- Each referred friend generates discounts for a maximum of 12 months from their first purchase.
- If the customer doesn't have a subscription renewal in a specific month, the discount for that period won't accumulate or carry over to later months.
- Discounts are applied automatically — no codes or additional actions required.
- 3 days before your renewal, when you receive the email confirming your subscription will renew, you'll already see the applied discount.
