Referral program terms and conditions
- For each referred friend who makes a purchase, the customer will receive a 10% discount on their subscription.
- The discount can accumulate up to a maximum of 50% (5 active friends).
- Each month, the number of friends who have made a purchase during the previous month will be calculated, and the corresponding discount will be applied to the next subscription renewal.
- The discount applies exclusively to active subscriptions.
- If a friend does not make any purchase in a given month, that month will not generate a discount.
- Each referred friend will generate discounts for a maximum of 12 months from their first purchase.
- In the event that the customer does not have a subscription renewal in a specific month, the discount corresponding to that period will not accumulate or be carried over to subsequent months.
- Discounts are applied automatically, without the need to enter codes or perform any additional action.
- 3 days before your renewal, when you receive the email that your subscription will renew, you will already see the discount applied
