Ingredients:

  • 100 g nata de coco (the solid part of canned coconut milk)
  • 80 g erythritol or coconut sugar
  • 180 g ground almonds
  • 40 ml of NATURAL Kombucha
  • 150 g walnuts

Elaboration:

  1. In a saucepan, heat the solid part of the coconut milk with the erythritol or coconut sugar for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a bowl.
  3. Add the ground almonds, NATURAL Kombucha and the walnuts to the bowl and mix everything with a spatula until they are well integrated.
  4. If you have a nougat mold, use it to pour the mixture.
  5. If not, use a milk brick cut in half to create one.
  6. Place a parchment paper on top and spread the mixture well.
  7. Cover the nougat with the same paper and refrigerate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours so that it acquires the perfect texture.
  8. Unmold the nougat and cut it into portions to serve.
