Vegan Yogurt with Mango and Kombucha

Yogur Vegano con MangoIngredients
1/2 cup almonds, cashew nut or macadamia nuts (previously soaked)
1, 5 cup (450 gr) coconut young green
1/3 cup fermented tea Kombucha to taste
1/2 cups water from the same Young coconut
2 tablespoon of Sesame seeds
5 ml coconut syrup
5 ml vanilla powder
1 peeled and boneless mango
1 dessert spoon organic orange peel (or tangerine, bio lemon)

Preparation
Whisk the young coconut meat with the coconut water until it is well mixed. Add the filtered nuts and Kombucha. Beat again until it is homogeneous. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the mango and the orange peel. Beat again until you get yogurt texture. You can add some coconut water. Process the mango until a puree is obtained. Put it in the bottom of a cup and serve, on top, the yogurt. Sprinkle with orange peel on top. Consume it at the moment or leave it in the fridge to make it even more refreshing.
