Vegan Yogurt with Coconut and Kombucha

Yogur VeganoIngredients
1 cup soaked cashew nuts (minimum 5 hours)
1/2 cup Kombucha
2 or 3 medium dates
5 or 6 strawberries
vanilla droplets
1/2 cup young coconut meat
1/2 cup water from the young coconut

Preparation
Mash all the ingredients into the blender until you get the ideal texture. Leave it in a refrigerator to obtain consistency and be somewhat thicker. It lasts about 3 or 4 days in the fridge.
